At De Watersnip, you'll stay on a spacious pitch or in comfortable accommodation, such as a bungalow or Safari Lodge. For even more peace and quiet, we recommend staying in June or September.

Are you looking for relaxation or adventure during your senior holiday?

At our campsite for seniors aged 50 and over, you'll enjoy a relaxing stay, but you can also easily explore the diverse surroundings. Swim laps in the heated outdoor pool, unwind with a massage, or enjoy a snack and drink in the cozy restaurant. The surrounding dunes, forests, and coastline are easily explored on foot or by (rental) bike. In spring, you can also admire the colorful flower fields. The center of the picturesque village of Petten is also definitely worth a visit.

Your ideal stay at our 50+ campsite

During your senior holiday, you can bring your own camping gear to the campsite or choose one of our comfortable accommodations. The spacious pitches near the North Sea have 6 to 10 amps of electricity and optional cable and sewer connections. You can choose from bungalows, chalets, camping cabins, caravans, Safari Lodges, and Aqua Lodges. Regardless of which accommodation you choose at our 50+ campsite in the Netherlands, comfort is paramount!

🚲 Can I rent a bicycle at the campsite?

Yes, at our campsite for those over 50, you can rent both regular and electric bikes. Bikes can only be reserved online. This way, you can explore the beautiful cycling routes in North Holland even if you haven't brought your own bike.

🛒 Can I also do my shopping at the campsite?

Yes, at our seniors' campsite, you can find freshly baked rolls and small groceries in the supermarket/mini-shop. This way, you don't have to leave the campsite! You can also enjoy delicious dishes and refreshing drinks at the restaurant.
