A camping experience you will never forget

Bring your own camping equipment and take your place on one of the spacious camping pitches at Camping de Watersnip. With a maximum of 10 amps of electricity, your own sewer connection and CAI connection, you will want for nothing. Would you rather stay in one of our accommodations? That's possible too! Choose a cosy camping wagon or camping cabin and enjoy the camping atmosphere, but with a little more luxury and comfort. Or choose one of the other chalets or bungalows. All our accommodations are fully furnished and equipped with a complete inventory. Whatever you choose, you will not soon forget a summer holiday at Camping De Watersnip

De Watersnip is the perfect summer holiday destination

Thanks to its location in the tourist town of Petten and just 1 kilometre from the beach, Camping De Watersnip is the ideal summer holiday destination. There is plenty to do on the beach: play a game of beach volleyball, enjoy a drink at one of the beach bars or sign up for surfing lessons. You won't be bored around our campsite either. The area offers many cycling and walking opportunities, and there are several villages worth visiting within a short distance. For example, you can visit the historic and picturesque village of Groet, just 6 kilometres away. Or walk to Petten, where you can experience the real beach holiday feeling on the coast.

Petten beach is a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Take surfing lessons at Surfschool Petten and try your hand at kite surfing or wave surfing. Stand-up paddleboarding is also highly recommended during your holiday in North Holland by the sea!
